Welcome to luck93 (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). luck93 is an online gaming and sports betting information platform accessible at luck93.cam, operated as an English-language service targeting adult users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the luck93 platform, including all associated games, sports betting markets, promotions, customer support services and any other features made available to registered users.

By creating an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the luck93 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including both deposited funds and any confirmed bonus amounts.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or other incentive offered by luck93 to eligible Users subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software and other material published on or accessible through the Platform.
• "Device" means any hardware — including smartphones, tablets and desktop computers — used to access the Platform.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot, table game, virtual sport or other game of chance or skill made available through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that luck93 may require a User to complete before withdrawals or other account actions are processed.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan, used for display purposes where applicable on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the luck93 website, mobile site, any associated application and all related services accessible at luck93.cam.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any country or jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is unlawful or restricted.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses or holds a registered Account on the Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake or entry placed by a User on a Game or sports event through the Platform.

Your access to and use of the Platform is conditioned upon your full acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

Acceptance is deemed to occur upon the earliest of the following:

1. Clicking "I Agree", "Register" or any equivalent acceptance button during the account registration process;
2. Accessing or browsing any part of the Platform after these Terms have been made available to you; or
3. Placing any Wager or making any deposit on the Platform.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. These Terms apply to individual consumers only — corporate or institutional use is not permitted.

To register and maintain an Account on luck93, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the license jurisdiction applicable to your account.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful for you to participate in. It is your sole responsibility to verify this.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory as determined by the applicable license jurisdiction.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be, or have previously been, subject to a self-exclusion order on luck93 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer or close relative of any employee or director of luck93 or any of its affiliated entities.

luck93 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

Each User may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. The existence of duplicate, multiple or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts. Any Balance held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at luck93's discretion.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification);
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address;
• Mobile number;
• Residential address (city and country); and
• A secure password of your choosing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised such activity.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify luck93 immediately at [email protected] (displayed as plain text — do not click).

luck93 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the payment options made available on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times are subject to change without prior notice.

For the convenience of Pakistani users, luck93 may reference familiar local payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual payment references. The availability of any specific payment method depends entirely on the operator and the payment provider at the relevant time. These institutions do not endorse, support or affiliate with luck93 or any online gambling activity.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. Amounts are displayed in PKR where applicable.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests delayed or declined until satisfactory documentation is provided.
• luck93 reserves the right to carry out additional fraud and anti-money-laundering checks before processing any withdrawal. This may require you to provide additional documentation at any time.
• Processing times vary by payment method and may be affected by banking business days, public holidays and third-party provider delays. luck93 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• luck93 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges — you are responsible for any such fees.

From time to time, luck93 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives to eligible Users. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the promotion is made available.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• Each promotion is available once per User, household, IP address and Device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period stated in the promotion. Failure to meet requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• luck93 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies or the use of automated tools — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• luck93's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final and binding.

All sports bets and casino game activity on luck93 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market, game or event, which are published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the specific game or market rules and these Terms, the specific rules shall prevail.

The following general rules apply to all Wagers placed on the Platform:

• A Wager is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform system. Confirmation is provided via an on-screen acknowledgement and, where applicable, a notification.
• Once confirmed, a Wager may not be cancelled, amended or reversed by the User except where the Platform expressly provides a cash-out or edit-bet feature for that market.
• luck93 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on a market or event where the odds were published in error, where the event was subject to corruption or manipulation, or where the integrity of the event cannot reasonably be confirmed.
• Cricket markets — including PSL T20, Pakistan national team fixtures and ICC tournament events — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published within the Sports section of the Platform. Weather, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments and abandonment scenarios are governed by those rules.
• luck93 accepts no liability for the results of any technical failure, disconnection or other interruption that affects the placement or outcome of a Wager, except where such failure is solely attributable to luck93's own systems and is documented in the Platform's incident log.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luck93 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances and, where applicable, referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate registration or KYC information;
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age;
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• Colluding with other Users to fix or manipulate the outcome of any Game or sporting event;
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, crawler or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from luck93;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing luck93 staff or other Users through any communication channel;
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent responsible gambling controls, including self-exclusion restrictions.

luck93 is committed to promoting safe, responsible and sustainable gambling. We provide a suite of responsible gambling tools that Users are strongly encouraged to use proactively. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control how much you can fund your Account within a given period.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a defined timeframe.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic session endings when you have been playing for a pre-set period of time.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gambling by placing a temporary cooling-off period on your Account.

All Content on the luck93 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of luck93 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any Content;
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on any Content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any Platform software; or
• Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices, trademarks or copyright markings appearing on the Platform.

The luck93 name, logo and all associated brand elements are trademarks of luck93. Any use of these trademarks without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luck93 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings;
• Loss arising from your inability to access or use the Platform;
• Loss arising from any error, interruption, delay or failure of the Platform's systems or third-party services;
• Loss arising from your reliance on any Content published on the Platform; or
• Any loss arising from events beyond luck93's reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, governmental actions, power outages or telecommunications failures.

luck93's aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude luck93's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

luck93 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform, unless a later effective date is expressly stated.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users of material changes — for example, by displaying a notice within the Platform or sending a notification to the email address registered on your Account. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of and in compliance with the current version.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luck93 is incorporated and licensed, as determined by the applicable operating entity at the relevant time.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistani courts may apply local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, to disputes arising from online gambling activity. luck93 makes no representations as to the enforceability of these Terms under Pakistani law and expressly disclaims any liability in that regard.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the governing jurisdiction, as applicable. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
